Yesterday, I went to Hsing-Chu City. The traffic there was very terrible.
Traffic jams are making life in the city more and more stressful. Measures such as drastically raising parking fees are proposed to discourage individual drivers and encourage people to use public transportation or car-pool. I will argue against the measures.
In fact, the public transportation or car-pool is not convenient for people in many cities. For instance, the Hsing-Chu City is not big, but public transportation cannot reach many areas. Meanwhile, the sorties of bus are few in night and holidays. Car-pool is not useful for us without car or not go to downtown regularly. Inferring from the above facts I will oppose any serious measures.
