I saw a new study on the Internet. Do you want to lose weight?. A new study by obesity researchers at Duke University finds that the simple act of reading — depending on the choice of material — can spur weight loss in tween-age girls.

But I think the good way to lose weight is doing exercise. It can make your more healthy. Your body will become more beautiful. I lost six kilograms weight in my summer vacation. My method is to control food. I ate on time for three meals, but ate a little bit less for dinner. While schooling begins once the classmate see me, all say that I lose a lot.The classmates are all very curious about that how I lost.
